Join me this June at St Ives Harbour Hotel for this mini retreat looking out over stunning seas.

I am hopeful, that it will be warm and with the sun rising directly into this space in St Ives, there could be option to complete this practice outside on the green, how exciting. Secluded spot not over looked by others just us nature, and the great outdoors. The Godrevy suite will be available so don't panic if the weather is not on our side that day.

In short: yoga is about reducing suffering and increasing clarity and steadiness.

This Mini retreat offers you the time to settle, breath first, to notice your presence as we delve into a mindfulness practice.

Then moving on to the movement of yoga, with a vinyasa practice on the mat or chair.
