POP UP YOGA NIDRA

Bring your blankets cushions, get cosy and rest, I will help prepare you with wrapping blankets around the feet, tucking you in haha an allow me to take you through a story around the body and mind to allow you to come to state of just being, awake, but not, conscious but not, sometimes I have snoring, that's ok, but even though some may, they are awake.
