About the event
Join me for a pop up slow flow Vinyasa class, with slow flow we can truly explore the body moving as we flow with breath, maybe 2 breaths in each shape to feel the impact, who knows, I read the room to allow everyone to experience this magical beautiful themed class.
If you are a beginner, returner or of a certain age, this class is for you, with variations provided if those wrists don't like downward dog any more. I got you, so come join this pop up class to see if my style of teaching is for you?
