Class Description
Chair yoga is great for those bodies that are unable to come up and down from the floor, but still would like to practice "yoga" on a chair. It can support the body and help improve the space in our joints, aid muscle strength and our energy systems, including calming our minds. These are crucial to us feeling balanced and being in a place of wellbeing. The body will be invited to move with breath, to find length, strength and space using a chair as our earth and stability. All of my classes hold you at the centre, for you to come with the power to invite a Yes, No or maybe during your practice. Please remember that it's the body and not you as a person when it comes to yoga. Yoga is about coming "home" to you. Refund Policy: Please note all sessions are non-refundable , if I need to reschedule or cancel any sessions I will carry your paid session fee over to the next available session.
